| What do you mean by Profile Id? |
Profile Id is an identification key to view your profile.Profile Id or your registered email at goamatrimonials can be used to login to one's member page. |
| Is there any age limit to register ? |
Yes.For a bride the age limit is 18 and for a groom it is 21. |
| Should I pay to view other members profiles? |
No.But to view other members profile you have to register on our site. |
| How do I contact other members? |
To contact other members you have to be a paid member.Once you become a paid member,login to the site and initiate contacts with other members by searching or viewing member's profiles.If the other members accept your contact the paid member will receive the contact information of the member who accepted your contact. If a paid member initiates a contact with you, you will be notified through mail.You can also click on Members who have contacted me. on the Member's Page after a successful login on the site. |

| After I placed an order, I was given an Order ID. What is an Order ID? |
The Order ID uniquely identifies the matrimonial order placed by you. Pls be sure to make a note of the Order ID given to you, and save it for future reference. When you correspond with our team at GoaMatrimonials.com your Order ID will help the team to quickly track your order details. |
| What is the time frame taken to activate my matrimonial account after I place an order? |
Your matrimonial account will be activated within 4-5 working days. |
| I have already paid for my standard membership but my matrimonial account is still not active. |
If you have sent us your payment via cheque or demand draft it is possible that we have not received the payment yet. Your standard Matrimonial Membership will be activated only once we receive the payment.Further we will notify via email to you . |
