By registering yourself, you represent that:

You are of marriageable age, as specified by respective local and national laws.
You are not disabled by any law from entering into a contract.
You have gone through the Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by them. MEMBERSHIP

Membership is not automatic.Right of admission vests with AR. You become a Member upon due acceptance by AR, of the Profile/Payment.

Length of Membership: You continue to be a Member till: AR discharges its obligations to you by rendering of its Services to you; or Termination of the Membership by either of us.
Privity of Membership: Your Membership is for your personal use. It is not to be assigned, transferred or licensed so as to be used by any person. Members are advised to make appropriate/thorough enquiries before acting upon any matrimonial advertisement. Our site does not vouch or subscribe to claims and representations made by advertisers regarding particulars of status, age, income or bride/groom.

Online Conduct: You are responsible for the content and information [including profile and photograph] you post or transmit through AR's Services. You will not post or transmit any content or information [in whatever form they may be contained] that is defamatory, blasphemous, abusive, obscene or sexually oriented, profane, intimidating, illegal or in violation of the rights of any person, including intellectual property rights; no such content or information shall contain details or particulars of any of AR's competitors, including their contact details. You will not use your Membership either online or offline as a platform for any kind of promotional campaign, solicitation, advertising or dealing in any products or services or transmit any chain letters or junk mails. There is a limit of number of profiles you are allowed to contact every day. Your membership will be automatically suspended if you send a "abusive, obscene or sexually oriented" message to other members. Messages sent to opposite members should be of the purpose for finding the life partner" in this way if the person who is contacting the elder age may say friendship... etc and we can show the above reason to terminate. We reserve the right to modify your profile, if we find any prohibitive or objectionable content, or in case the contact details are entered in fields apart from where relevant like Phone, E-mail, Address fields etc. . AR may also modify the profile for other reasons not mentioned herewith. You will not post or transmit any content, information or trademarks without the prior consent of the person holding proprietary or licensed rights thereof. AR will not in any way be responsible or answerable in action brought by any person arising out of your acts as described above. AR reserves the right but no obligation, to edit, delete, eclipse or withhold display of such content or information as it deems fit in the light of the rules prescribed above.

REFUND OF FEE MEMBERSHIP FEES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE under any circumstances if you choose to terminate the membership for any reason. If AR terminates your membership, you will be entitled to the prorated value of your remaining membership period. Your membership in the GoaMatrimonials.com service is for your sole, personal use. You may not authorize others to use your membership, and you may not assign or otherwise transfer your account to any other person or entity.

ROLE OF AR Provision of Service: AR will provide the service[s] as may be opted and paid for by the Member. In addition, you may make use of such of the other free services as may be applicable to you. Please refer to Paid Membership.

GENERAL PROVISIONS

Confidentiality: AR will maintain confidential, all personal information [other than that meant for posting or transmission] furnished by Members. However, AR may divulge such information as may be required by law.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability:

As to the Services: AR provides the Services on an “as is” basis and does not warrant in any way with respect to the merchantability, suitability or adaptability of the services.

As to the infrastructure: AR promises to take all reasonable efforts for the continued, secure and uninterrupted availability of the Services. However, AR disclaims liabilities for interruption or non-availability of service, loss or damage of data due to infrastructure, mechanical and systemic failure/breakdown or due to events like rioting, war, Acts of God, Acts of State. In no event shall the liability of AR exceed the value of the Service[s] paid up by the Member.

As to opinion, offers and advise: All opinions, offers, advises, statements, predictions made available through AR's websites are those of the respective authors and AR shall not be deemed to subscribe to or deny them in any manner.

As to extraneous contents: AR hereby alerts and warns its Members of the possibility of unauthorized posting of contents by any person including Members and unauthorized users and advises discretion in access since such content, information or representation may not be suitable to you including being offensive. AR will not in any way responsible for such contents, information or representations. Termination of Membership: The Membership may be terminated by either of us by serving a written notice on the other. AR reserves the right to terminate the Membership, to suspend a profile or to disable access in respect of any Member in breach of any of the terms. In no case the Membership fees shall be refundable. These terms and conditions will survive the Membership.

You will settle all disputes with other members directly. AR accepts no liability for any damages arising out of your relationship with other users of the service.

We are not responsible for any obscene or threatening mail you receive through our service.

We are not responsible for unauthorised access or alteration of your data. You are responsible for maintaining your password and account in a secure manner.

Security of your password and login account is your responsibility. Only you are responsible for the use of your account yourself or by a third party. We are not responsible for any misuse of password or your User ID.

You agree that you are solely responsible for the content you provide us. AR merely forwards this data to your intended recipients. We are, thus, not responsible for any damages caused because of any communication received by you from another member.

We want a relationship of good faith with you. 1. We accept all information in good faith. 2. We trust that you will use this website only in accordance with the "User Agreement". 3. We trust that you will not violate any national laws or international conventions. However, we reserve the right to terminate any account without notice or assigning any reason.
